Runner Property Ltd. required a consolidated system to automate and replace their fragmented spreadsheets and manual client tracking throughout their property investment holdings. For this, Techflix developed and implemented their bespoke CRM system. This system provides consolidated lead capture and automates CRM follow-up tasks with real time sales pipeline tracking. The client management workflow automation core of the system enables sales teams to convert opportunities quicker with full capture of the opportunity interaction history and customer experience control throughout the sales funnel.
