Celestial Hermosa By Mefi wanted a tailored digital system to organize client bookings and manage workflow and records of beauty services across their high-end salon and aesthetic clinic. Techflix built a Salon and Aesthetix Management System that automated online appointment bookings, therapist work schedules, client consultation records, and management of inventory of beauty services. The system solved booking conflicts, reduced check-in time, and gave management the ability to have real time operational data to provide an exceptional, personalized high-touch service for each client.
